Ask for Reviews
Don’t be afraid to ask for reviews from your
customers. Most customers are willing to give you a glowing review if you ask
them to do so. When you do this, let customers know where you prefer they post
their reviews (Yelp, Google Places, etc.).
Advertise Your Reviews
Of course, positive reviews won’t be able to help you
much if potential customers don’t read them. Make it easier for people to find
your reviews by advertising where your reviews can be found. A small sign in
your shop that says “Check out our reviews on ____” is more than enough. A link
on your website also works wonders.
